You may hear technology companies talk about managed services.  This is the ability to monitor and support your technology remotely for a flat fee.   While we believe that managed services is a great tool to prevent downtime, we do not believe remote service should be the primary means of support.  We believe in visiting our clients on a regular basis.  This allows us to become familiar with our client's business, their culture, their staff and their needs.  We believe that getting to know our clients allows us to provide the best support possible.
